Happy Halloween

We had such a great time Trick or Treating. We walked around for a little bit with a little boy that lives a couple houses down and then later our old neighbors (that moved :( ) came and met us for more! Ainsley was SO excited to see Madison and her family!!! The boys stayed awake the whole time! They didn't want to miss a thing even though it was over an hour past their bedtime!!
Who knew how exhausting all this costume business can be! The boys dressed up for a party last weekend, Ainsley was in her costume two days this week for a school parade, the boys were in Halloween outfits for MDO - I was done with costumes! We had to do some real convincing to even get Ainsley to put hers on one more time to Trick or Treat. So, long story short - the boys were not dressed up on Halloween night! Ainsley tried to give Findley a different look but he was not so excited about it!! (Really I kept asking her to put this bow away and she kept finding convenient drop offs for it - Findley's head was the last attempt until she had to walk all the way down our hallway and put it in the bathroom where it belongs!
Ryan and Ainsley carving the pumpkins!
As much as Findley loves tv he really enjoys reading books also! He loved this Halloween book that had lots of textures to feel.
