Trying out our costumes

The boys seem to LOVE their costumes!!!  They have started watching "Fireman Sam" (ironically Ainsley and I used to watch this in England - I haven't seen it here but it is on our cable On Demand)  Also, the paramedic/fireman that came to help Findley during his seizure was named Sam!  So, firefighters we are - and they are loving it!!!  They wear their hats around the house all the time and were so excited to wear them to school today!!

Next....when Ainsley comes home from school we are going to try and turn her white blond hair dark brown for her Dorothy costume!!!!

Painting

Ainsley, Brody and Findley all love to paint and draw!!!  They hadn't even gotten out of their pj's Sunday morning (that can sometimes be noon but this was maybe 8:00am) and they were already ready to paint!!!

Working the Pumpkin Patch

The kids and I worked a shift at our church pumkin patch and had so much fun.  The weather was beautiful - we brought cookies, a blanket, Halloween books, markers and they were in pumpkin wonderland!!!  Ainsley was a huge help!!!  She greeted all our visitors handing out stickers, offering to take pictures, helping with pumpkin selection, offering add-ons to their sale ("would you like a gourd to go with that?")  She was too fun to watch in action!!!
