Happy Birthday Abigail!!!

Saturday morning we celebrated Abigail's 4th birthday with her and her friends/family at the Dallas Zoo. It was so beautiful outside and everyone had a wonderful time!!
Daddy and Ainsley
Ainsley and Mommy
Otter Ainsley
Ainsley begged and begged and begged to go on the carousel ride the whole time we were there. On the way out we caved to the $2 20 second ride. She wasn't sure at first but had a smile on her face at the end of the ride. It was a really fast one but these rides seem to always go 50/50 whether they will leave us smiling or petrified? It's a cute picture of her and her dad if not anything else!! ;)
Brody and Findley snacking in the stroller
Ainsley balancing along the curb
Brody and Findley working on a puzzle together (HA!) We did good to leave no pieces with soggy edges!
Out and about at the children's play area

Happy Birthday Mason!!!

We started out this past weekend Friday night celebrating Mason's birthday over in Fort Worth. It was a wonderful time! It seemed like awhile since we had seen my family.
The kids had a great time decorating pumpkins! Ainsley decorated everyone in sight that she could get her hands on!!
Mason in mid air! The ever lasting fun - The Bounce House!
My sweet little nephew!!! 8 years old!!!
The boys went as football players. They were so wiped out but of course did not want to miss ANYTHING!! Uncle Stephen and Findley hanging out.
Aunt Lisa (Cleopatra) with Ainsley (Gabriella - from High School Musical - she lost her accessories and wig shortly after arriving)
Granny (The Graduate), Findley and Aunt Lisa
Farmer Papa, Granny and Findley
Brody, there he is! Resting with Granny.

The Happening Crib!!

Findley's crib is the place to be!!!
When Brody wakes up he wants to go straight to Findley's crib! Partly, because there is a toy in there that he likes! When I pick him up out of his crib he will cry if I put him on the ground or immediatly wiggle from my arms to get to Findley!! They will play in there together for another 30 minutes sometimes before they are ready to get out!!! So nice!! It's really sweet to watch them play and interact with each other!!

Around the house....

This was a couple weeks ago....our first cool day - the boys looked so cute in their overalls and long sleeves! Ainsley and I tried with all our might but they would have nothing to do with getting their picture taken!!!
The boys learning their way around the laundry room!!! It's never too early to start right?
Findley LOVES singing along with songs, rhymes etc. When they hear music they start clapping and dancing. Findley will belt out whatever sound he can muster up and "hum" along with the tune! There is one of my favorties - the froggie song - and they do the hand motions along with me (a little adapted ;)! They love it also!!!
Ainsley has been dying to get some face paints - so face paints we got while shopping for her Halloween costume! She painted her face all by herself! All three of the kids had blue and red hair for the following week!
We had a couple friends over to enjoy the face paints with us!

The fun of banging on pots and pans!!! A little piercing to the ears after awhile but everyone is HAPPY!!!! Brody likes to scoot/whack them across the floor like they are giant hockey pucks!! He does this with any object and enjoys the different noises/movements. Ainsley with a little more complex set of drums! ;)
Watch out Tom Cruise here is my little "Risky Business" dude!!! I couldn't get him to keep his glasses on! Ainsley made a tent under one of her tables. The giggles were unstoppable! and perfect timing - I ducked under to take a picture of Findley and Ainsley and in popped Brody! Brody and Findley both enjoy strolling Ainsley's dolls around the house!! The end of another busy day!!!
Ainsley still LOVES to take care of her babies!!! Havine some friends over to enjoy the backyard with!! Painting..... Tracing their bodies with chalk..... Climbing trees....... Hanging out with Mama!!! My little 4 year old is getting so big and is so fun to hang out with!!! She is striking deals and compromises with us constantly and is such a help around the house!!!

Another day at the Pumpkin Patch!!

This morning I worked a shift at our pumpkin patch with the boys while Ainsley was in school. We had one customer for the two hours while I was there so I had lots of time to play with the boys and enjoy the beautiful weather!! They got lots of walking practice in and pushed the wagons all over the patch!!! This is our friends son Aidan who was so excited to see the boys. He was really sweet and would hug them and give them sweet pats on their head!!
Findley was totally happy sitting by this one pumpkin most of the time we were there....and eating some grass! Trying out the wagon! I must have taken 20 pictures of them in this wagon and for the life of me couldn't get them to look at me. My friend, Cara, came over and smiled and they were all smiles and couldn't stop looking at her!!! HMMMM!
I should have put Findley in the white shirt - he was drooling EVERYWHERE!!! This was only the beginning of it! He has alot to say these days!!!
