This was also on the farm. My friend Kaci took these shots and I just LOVE them for some reason! Their eyes are so blue, it totally captures their personalities and they just look so natural, unposed and fun! We finally figured it out Kaci!!!! :) Her little boy is about a month older than Brody and Findley.

For our playgroup gathering this past week we went to Owens Farm. It was free for the boys, $5 for me and a TON of fun!!!! We fed goats, saw longhorns, donkeys, turkeys, chickens, ponies, potbelly pigs and more, went on a hay ride, pet 2,oo0lb horses, had the nicest man show us around and then ended in a beautiful shaded picnic area where the kids were free to roam!! We were the ONLY people there!!! They said that will change with school starting - perfect timing!!!!

I attempted some creative pancakes for a special breakfast - one being an "A" and the other being a school building! It was the thought that counted! She LOVED them (but only licked off the icing!!)
It was a wonderful day....new beginnings, new friends, new memories, new adventures - we are all excited about the school year to come!!!!

The boys were in "aw" the whole night!!! ** little side note.....we met a little girl in Ainsley's class who has twin brothers that will turn 2 in Oct.
I was teary eyed the whole night long! It was such a good, warm feeling I had being a part of this new world for us!! Everyone was so welcoming and really excited for the school year to come! Ainsley was so excited she just took off and visited with all her friends. They were all giving hugs and holding hands....so sweet!!! This was her new "spirit shirt" she got tonight.
She got a picture with all the cheerleaders. The mascot was a hit with Brody and Findley.
We were sitting RIGHT in front of these drums - they made quite an impression on us!!!! I can't believe none of my children were screaming! The only thing that Ainsley is worried about is how loud the school bell rings - she does not like loud noises! The boys just sat and watched and their eyes bulged to the beat! The high school kids were really awesome!
They entertained themselves on these without even one quarter!! ;)

Mason and Ainsley overtaking the ice cream stands!!!! We had a great day at the zoo. I thought we would only stay for an hour or two and go home for naps but we closed the place down around 5:oo! It wasn't very busy so the boys got to run everywhere!!! and they loved being able to see all the animals and not have to wait to look etc. Lots of fun had by all!!!!
