Oh, What Fun - Beautiful Day!!!

When I got out to go pick Ainsley up I thankfully realized it was so nice outside!!! So, I made some lunch and we took it outside and just played in the backyard. Our neighbor came over and the kids had so much fun!!!! Findley rev-ing his motorcycle!! Brody wanted to swing and get away from all the crazy's (him mom, sister and brother!!) Ainsley filled the sand box up with water and Findley couldn't wait to get at it!! Ainsley couldn't wait to get her suit on! I think that's part of the reason she wanted to turn on the water!! She offered her other suit to Elliot! HA! but he declined!!! Brody was looking on from afar....in disgust and horror!! We ended the afternoon with a bath and nap! Ahhhh, it felt so good to be outside in the sunshine!!!

Fun with Pillows!

We were at a parent coffee up at the kids school this morning. There were some big pillows in the room so I put them on the floor for the boys to entertain themselves with while I got to visit. They had so much fun just rolling around I decided to throw my "no playing with the couch pillows" out the window. All three loved it! I love to live on the wild side!! ;)

A visit with Auntie

My aunt came over for a visit this week and to drop off Christmas/Birthday gifts for the kids. They are loving the way this is drawing itself out into the new year!!! The boys taking their new car for a test drive!! Ainsley and her new drawing board!! Thanks Auntie!!! So good to see you!

Waking up from Nap

Ainsley LOVES her band-aids. She got a scratch on her nose so of course wanted a band-aid. The only problem is she is scared to take them off - Nice, a big band-aid in the middle of your face for days at a time! Findley's bed head!!!

Day to Day happenings....

Ryan's parents stopped by as they were coming through town on Saturday for a few hours. The kids had a great time riding scooters in the garage with Grandaddy!!! Findley taking his bike for a spin!! Spoons - what a concept! They did amazingly well compared to my Chocolate Pudding episode!!! We had a playdate with my friend Emily from St. Rita. She has a daughter Ainsley's age and Andrew is 2. It was so fun seeing them all!! My boys LOVE their pacifiers and their blankets!!! I'm thinking we will have to stay good bye to the pacifiers in the near future :( splish, splash...

Playgroup at McDonalds

We had our neighborhood playgroup at McDonalds last week. I had to just put germs out of my head and let the boys have fun!!! They LOVED it! Those that know me know I am not a germaphope (sp?) by any means but when your kids are crawling everywhere and eat with their hands - Yuck - I tend to be a little more phased by the cleanliness of things...anyway - we are still very healthy. I comfort myself with that belief that germs will only make their immune systems stronger!!! Brody, Findley and Austin - they could be triplets, their outfits coordinated perfectly!! Mmmmm - French Fries and Chicken Nuggets! We used to come here all the time when the boys were infants (sniff, sniff) to let Ainsley have some time and they would just sit contently in their car seats - NOT ANYMORE! I wasn't sure how into things they would be but they were all over this place!! They loved these spinning mechanisms and then there were stairs that lead to a tunnel that lead to a large flat area they could walk around in and peak out - that was were they stayed until I had to climb in and drag then out - they were not ready to leave. And everytime I would get one down the other would be back in..... We love our neighbors and this fun group of friends! Sorry I didn't get more pictures of everyone else!!

New Cute Bibs

My sister got the boys these cute bibs for Christmas. I LOVE them!!! They are made of oilcloth and I just wipe them off and they are ready for the next meal! Thanks Lisa and Mason!!!

Just hanging out...

Hanging out in their big kid chairs eating graham crackers Hanging out in a box... Going to a friends to hang out!! Brody brought Ainsley's hot pink back pack to me so I slid it on - he totally got into it and went and got this puzzle with a strap and started waving "bye-bye" and going to the garage door to leave. He wasn't getting upset that he wasn't leaving but he was really just pretending....too cute! It was the first time I had seen a "complex" pretend session go on!!
