Happy Veterans Day! The kids also got flags and honored our veterans this past week. Ainsley decorated two flags for her Great Grandaddy Owen's service in the war. It's neat to see the deepened meaning these days have as the kids understand a little bit more. Whenever Ainsley sees a flag she puts her hand over her heart and says she is honoring the veterans and people who help our world!!! She has got the best heart!!!
This past week Ainsley had "Mix it Up" Day at school. The kids dressed mismatched etc and they had a mixed up day trying to encourage kids to "mix it up" in their daily life - meet new friends, try something new etc. Ainsley was very excited about putting this outfit together!!!! She has two diffent shoes on, mixmatched top & bottoms - this isn't too unusual ;) - and three pony tails, only one braided with three different hair accessories (again not too far from the norm!!)!
