Backyard Fun

Water Break Men taking care of their business Wham! Little Lefty!! This makes me think of my brother - he used to play baseball in our backyard. He would hit the ball, commentate what was happening, run the bases and play defense(not sure that is the right baseball term?) all at once!! Brody would set the tee up, hit, run & cheer himself on the whole time! He was in his own little world!!! This is one of my favorite pictures ....we went outside and found a cicada/locust in a bowl of water. I picked him up and he started moving - I think he just needed to dry his wings. Brody was LOVING this creature - screaming in excitement. He had no hesitation in picking him up and was so thrilled at his movement!!! Simplistic JOY!
