This was the first time I've taken the kids to the pool by myself. I think it will just take some practice.....and lots of patience and energy!!! ;) Findley got sunscreen in his eye and had some sort of reaction - his face got all red and splotchy - a little concerning. Then both boys when they got in the baby pool suddenly started screaming and grabbing themselves. It was like the water was burning their skin or something? The life guards were great - when they saw me shooting the hose down my boys pants to rinse them off!!! - they were very concerned and came to test the water. Just a little added excitement!!! They added some baking soda (I think?) to the water and then they seemed okay? We'll see what happens next time!! :)

You are SO much braver than I am! I can't IMAGINE taking the girls to the pool by myself! And my girls are good, but I just would be a scared momma the whole time! Congrats... and poor little munchkins for the rash!
