Ainsley's Pre-K Graduation

They had the cutest presentation - a few songs, a sweet little poem and then they walked across the bridge to get their diplomas - we were ALL boo hooing!!!! Well the emotional moms were!! ;)

Family Picnic/Field Day Part 2

Since Ainsley goes 5 days (some kids in her class either go MWF or TTR) she usually gets to do everything twice! I am going to miss all her little girlfriends also! I know we will still see each other but not in our daily routine as we have done for the last three years!!!

Family Picnic/Field Day

Last week Ainsley's school had an end of the year picnic/field day. We all brought up picnic lunches and enjoyed the outdoors together! I'm so going to miss this group of friends and families we have met!!! Most of her friends are the youngest in their families so they have done their time at AUMC :( but many others we will continue to see!! The girls are sweet of course but the boys in Ainsley's class have all taken a special liking to Brody and Findley. It is so sweet how excited they get when they see them and want to look after them when we are around. The boys love their "big boy" ways and are hard to get to leave!! Ainsley and her friend Jordan enjnoying popsicles

Playing in the Backyard

They look so big to me all of a sudden - climbing to the top of the fort, skinned up knees, talking.... Ainsley used to make this face all the time when she was this age? Water Break!!!!
Ainsley fixed her own hair in pig tails!! Ainsley's new hide out - under the dining room table! It didn't take the boys long to find her!! I think one of the last pacifier pictures we have - they are officially gone! Good, yet a little bit sad! :(

New Shoes

Random picture of Brody trying on Ainsley's bike helmet There was a Stride Rite across from the park so we went in to see if we could find some shoes. They have just been going barefoot everywhere. I hated to make such an investment (I know kids DO need shoes) but they were completely happy without. Just like their big sister they both have very wide feet and other shoes I've tried from Target and such just don't fit them. They did so well. They did not want to leave and they cried everytime we took their shoes off!! I just happened to have my camera so I took some pictures of them getting their first "real" shoes. "High Five brother, we FINALLY scored us some shoes!!!"

A fun new playground
