My TV Junkies!!!!

Findley crawls in front of the tv and will watch very intently like he knows everything that is going on - really paying attention to the story line!! ;)

Sunday afternoon

The kids were all dressed up so we went out into the backyard and tried to take some pictures. These outfits won't fit the boys for much longer. It was tricky getting them all three to look at one time!!!

They are both a little slobbery these days!!

Ainsley is affectionately ;) trying to help me keep the boys still!! She's got them both by the back of their clothes!

Ainsley - Growing Strong!!!

We went to try on her Fall/Winter clothes and her pants were surprisingly ALL TOO SHORT!!! I had gotten some 4T's last year and now they are mostly too short!! Thank goodness we found some things that were still a little big!! She is growing up so much! She is LOVING Pre-K and all the fun challenges it has presented! She comes home talking of science experiements, class jobs, who she played with and on and on. It is so much fun being able to talk about her day with her - before it was hit or miss what you understood or what she remembered or was willing to share!! She is taking a gymnastics class one time a week and loving this also! She goes with her good friend Callie and she loves the physical exercise! She is always trying to practice her moves off the couch or across the ottoman! We were getting ready for the first Cowboy game - Ainsley got her pom poms out and created her own cheerleading socks!! She stuffed baby wipes around the ankle to give her socks a little more pizazz!

Brody and Findley 9 Months!!

Brody and Findley are now enjoying the independence of feeding themselves!! Usually at dinner time I let them feed themselves for awhile while I get dinner ready and then we finish up with a jar of something! More food usually ends up in their chair then their stomach but we have to start somewhere!!!! They like bananas, crackers, avocado, watermelon, cheese, ground meat.... Brody and Findley are really starting to enjoy being with each other and look for the other when they are not around. (They definantly enjoy their alone time also!!;)

Taking a little break...Findley LOVES his soft blankets. He will still be fussy with his pacifier but you bring him a blanket and ahhhhhh - he gives the most satisfying smiles and then snuggles up!! They are getting SO big - way too fast!!! They are both very vocal - saying "dadada" and "mamama" are their favorites! Both have their two bottom teeth. Brody has started to stand without holding on to things and then starts cheering for himself and is beaming he is so proud of his accomplishment it seems!!! Findley is crawling everywhere, starting to pull up more and LOVES to clap and throw his arms up in the air to celebrate - "So Big!"

Boxes....

We had a big box we weren't using so I filled it with newspaper (so it wouldn't smoosh) and covered it with scraps of wrapping paper and pictures. It is the perfect height for Brody and Findley to enjoy climbing over it but won't hurt themselves if they fell off. THEY LOVE IT!!! They also loved playing with the empty wrapping paper tubes!!! Nothing fancy - all smiles!!!

Visit to the Park

It has cooled off a little bit (the long sleeve shirt is pushing it, Ainsley jsut couldn't wait to wear new clothes!!) so we ventured out to the park after picking Ainsley up from school.

High School Musical

We met up with my college roomate, Jennifer, and her three girls and went to see High School Musical at Highland Park High School Saturday night. It was a blast!! Her niece was in the musical and they did an amazing job! Pictures with Margot A little tired on the way home.....ZZZZZZZZ
