Just a few cute pics of the kids.....

Brody and his Swiss pacifier! I love this one because it reminds me of my cousin Sharon who lives in Switzerland and brought this for the boys when they were born. It was so good to see her at our Indian dinner last weekend but she is headed back until Spring I think? Love you Sharon!! This is a soccer outfit we got for Ainsley when we spent the summer in England. I'm having a rush feeling so worldly - English soccer jerseys, Swiss pacifiers, Indian food - I think it just makes me feel good to venture at least in my mind outside of Richardson Texas!!! This was after church - it feels so good to get back into our routine around here after the holidays. It was wonderful to go to church and see everyone again! Ainsley was excited to wear her soft Christmas dress to church and she did her hair all by herself!!! I should of taken a picture of the back - it was something! But extremely cute from the front and she was so proud of her work it just made me smile!!

Indian Cusine

I love food! Ryan has made me even more adventurous always trying new dishes from all over the world. My cousin and I a couple years ago did a Japanese dinner and this year we tried Indian. It was such a good time with women from my moms side of the family. We made some Indian dishes with lots of help from my aunts and mom, dressed up (I'm always envious of who Ainsley gets to pretend to be throughout her days!!) and enjoyed!! I've never laughed so hard at all the stories that come out at these dinners! It was midnight and I don't think any of us had any idea! Either too much wine or we were having a really good time!! maybe a little of each ;) Love you all and look forward to another evening!!

Christmas with the Dolans

I guess I was pretty tired by this point - not too many pictures! Yesterday, New Years Day, we had my family over to celebrate Christmas with them. We had a wonderful lunch and enjoyed just being together afterwards! Lisa was doing a ambush makeover on one of Ainsley's dolls. She needed some MAJOR detangler/hair work! This fuzz on top of Brody's hair was the aftermath - what got torn out along the way!! Brody wasn't too sure about this!!! The boys each got a new cloth diaper. I truly was exstatic! I can wait it out a little longer now before doing laundry!!! Every ONE diaper helps!!! But the funny part was Findley was exstatic!!! He just held his diaper and giggled and chatted and went on and on!!! Maybe he liked the new color? Ainsley got some doll clothes and my dad and brother and their great sense of humor ;)! started questioning if they would fit HER? She gave them the funniest look - reminds me of my cousin Sarah - rolled her eyes, shook her head in astonishment and said in disgust "they are for my doll!!!" My nephew Mason opening his presents!! We had such a wonderful time with our family and friends over the holidays!! YOU are the blessings we are so grateful for on a daily basis!!! We have so much to be thankful for and so happy we have wonderful people like you to share them with!!!

Happy New Year!!!

Ryan and I got out - without children!!- to bring in the new year! We went over to some friends who where having a party. I even mustered up enough energy to stay until 12:00!!! Our crazy time was reminiscing how we have celebrated in the past! Reminded me of alot of fun we have had but no way would I want to repeat it returning to care for three little ones!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Next best thing to a box to play in..... a Suitcase!!

Ryan did alot of traveling when Ainsley was little and she LOVED playing in his suitcase. But had totally forgotten about it until I was unpacking and the boys went immediatly straight for the suitcase! It got a little ugly at the end when Brody was closing Findley IN the suitcase but most of the time they were just giggling and climbing!!!

Enjoying our time off!!

It has been so nice to have no school schedules to adhere to! A million other things to do but no school! ;) We have all enjoyed just hanging around the house and doing the things we don't normally have time for - lots of relaxing, late morning in pj's and just enjoying each other!! The weather has been so nice and we have loved getting to hang out in the backyard some. The boys are finally more interested in "playing" then putting everything in their mouth so it makes it a lot more enjoyable for all - and we got to stay out for quite awhile!! I think the spring will have alot of fun in store for us in the outdoors!!!

Around the House...

Findley enjoying one of his new books! Accessories by Ainsley!! EVERYONE enjoying new art supplies! Even the boys!
